The Professional Master in Nutrition and Food Service is tailored for professionals aiming to lead in the fields of nutrition, food science, and hospitality management. Over the course of 40 weeks, this program combines advanced knowledge in dietary planning, food safety, culinary innovation, and service operations, preparing students to manage health-conscious food service environments with excellence.

Aligned with EQF/ISCED Level 7 and equivalent to 60 ECTS credits, the program blends academic theory with real-world application, enabling graduates to pursue leadership roles in clinical nutrition, wellness-focused hospitality, institutional food service, and culinary consulting.

With a focus on health, sustainability, and service quality, this qualification equips learners to meet the evolving demands of the nutrition and food industry in both public and private sectors.

On Campus study Program

This program consists of 3 months of on-campus study in Dubai, with classes held every Saturday, followed by 6 months of self-study and internship.

Diploma study programs

Entry Requirements: This qualification has been thoughtfully crafted to ensure accessibility without imposing artificial barriers that might hinder entry and progression. To enroll in this program, prospective learners will go through an interview, during which they should meet one of the following criteria:

A Level 6 Qualification OR
A First Degree (bachelor's degree) or equivalent
In certain cases, individuals with substantial experience but lacking formal qualifications may also be considered. This is contingent upon a successful interview and their ability to demonstrate their capability to meet the program's requirements.

Required qualification: EQF Level 6 or an equivalent recognized qualification

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a dual diploma, recognizing both academic and professional achievement:

European Professional Bachelor

Issued by ISBM Switzerland Academy — one of Switzerland’s leading business schools — this Professional Bachelor Diploma is awarded in the relevant field of study. The diploma is eligible for attestation by the UAE Embassy in Switzerland, the Swiss Embassy in the UAE, and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ensuring its acceptance for international purposes.

Dubai Advanced Diploma

From ISB Dubai Academy, students will receive a Vocational Advanced Diploma equivalent to a bachelor-level qualification. This diploma is officially attested by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and can also be legalized by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai, making it fully valid for use across both governmental and private sectors in the UAE.

Additionally, both diplomas can be attested for the use by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), enabling graduates to legally use their qualification for employment, visa applications, and other official purposes within the UAE.
