The Professional Doctorate in Business Administration (PDBA) is a high-level, practice-oriented doctoral program tailored for experienced professionals, executives, and senior managers aiming to transform business knowledge into real-world leadership and innovation. This intensive 40-week program provides advanced expertise in strategic management, organizational leadership, applied research, and global business development.

Aligned with EQF/ISCED Level 8 and equivalent to 60 ECTS credits, the program integrates academic theory with professional practice, allowing candidates to address complex business challenges through research-driven solutions.

Graduates of this program are equipped to lead at the highest levels, influence policy and strategy, and contribute meaningful insights to both corporate and academic communities worldwide.

On Campus study Program

This program consists of 3 months of on-campus study in Dubai, with classes held every Sunday, followed by 6 months of self-study and internship.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a dual diploma, recognizing both academic and professional achievement:

European Professional Bachelor

Issued by ISBM Switzerland Academy — one of Switzerland’s leading business schools — this Professional Bachelor Diploma is awarded in the relevant field of study. The diploma is eligible for attestation by the UAE Embassy in Switzerland, the Swiss Embassy in the UAE, and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ensuring its acceptance for international purposes.

Dubai Advanced Diploma

From ISB Dubai Academy, students will receive a Vocational Advanced Diploma equivalent to a bachelor-level qualification. This diploma is officially attested by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and can also be legalized by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai, making it fully valid for use across both governmental and private sectors in the UAE.

Additionally, both diplomas can be attested for the use by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), enabling graduates to legally use their qualification for employment, visa applications, and other official purposes within the UAE.
