All our Training Diplomas, Vocational Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, and Extended Diplomas are officially approved and permitted by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the regulatory authority for education in Dubai, making them officially recognized and valid for use across both the public and private sectors.
Dubai, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is a member of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which also includes Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. As a result, students from across the GCC benefit from the recognition and advantages associated with KHDA's official approval.

While our professional academy does not operate directly under the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR), we operate under the official oversight of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai. KHDA is the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing professional and vocational education in the emirate of Dubai. KHDA works in close coordination with MoHESR to ensure alignment with national education policies and quality frameworks. Through this alignment, the Academy maintains full compliance with Dubai’s regulatory requirements for professional education and contributes to the broader goals of skills development, workforce readiness, and educational quality in the UAE. In support of our commitment to quality, we are accredited by the Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges & Universities (ASIC), a recognized international accreditation body officially listed by both MoHESR and the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) in the UAE. While our programs in the UAE are professional (non-academic) in nature, this accreditation affirms that our institution meets recognized international quality standards. According to UAE official records, only 74 international accrediting agencies are recognized by both MoHESR and CAA. This can be confirmed via the UAE MoHESR portal (source) and the CAA official guidelines (source). The Academy's accreditation by one of these recognized bodies strengthens our position as a trusted provider of internationally aligned professional education in the UAE.
All diplomas issued by our institution are eligible for official attestation by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC). This attestation confirms the authenticity of the professional and vocational qualifications and ensures that they are legally recognized for use in the UAE and internationally. Whether for employment, further education, immigration, or official procedures, our graduates benefit from the full validation of their credentials through this recognized process. All diplomas issued by our institution are accepted by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) for employment purposes. Our graduates can be classified as degree holders (if doing a full degree with us), similar to those from licensed universities within the UAE. This enables alumni to register for employment, apply for relevant positions, and obtain UAE residency under the degree-holder category.
